Check-in
Check-in for the event begins at 1:45 pm (event begins at 2:00pm). The check-in tent will be next to New Leaf, on the grassy picnic area. Please bring your ID. We will check ID for all attendees. Check-in Booth Address: 161 Aptos Vlg Wy, Aptos, CA 95003
Please taste responsibly
A typical tasting includes a 1oz pour of wine. Please limit the number of wines you enjoy to ensure the safety and enjoyment of yourself and others. We recommend having a filling meal before the event or arriving early to have lunch at one of our fantastic restaurants in the village.
Parking
Parking is limited in the village. Please consider taking a yellow cab or Uber or Lyft to the event instead of driving. If you do drive to the event, please note that a ticket is not required for designated drivers as they will not be tasting.
FAQ
If it’s a wine walk, why can’t I walk around outside the business with my glass full?
ABC regulations prohibit walking between tasting sites with any wine in your glass. Thank you for either pouring out or consuming at each tasting site before strolling on to the next site!
Can I bring my baby or dog?
Sure, you can bring your baby to the wine walk. Please just be cautious with strollers as many of the businesses participating as tasting sites are somewhat small. Service animals are always allowed; however, pets are not allowed in any establishment serving food.
Does my friend who will not be tasting need a ticket?
No, anyone tagging along who will not be tasting wine does not need a ticket.
Are my Aptos Wine Wander tickets refundable?
No, Aptos Wine Wander tickets are non-refundable. This is a rain-or-shine event.
