Bottle Jack Winery: Scotts Valley and West Santa Cruz. Bottle Jack is a small, family-run operation. Winemaker, John Ritchey, started Bottle Jack as a project while earning his enology degree from Fresno State University. We’re going to have Parker from Bill The Oyster Man onsite shucking oysters at Wrights Station Vineyards & Winery from 12pm – 4pm (or until oysters run out!) on July 20 AND July 21. So come to the mountains for oysters, wine and vineyard views. Wine Tasting reservations are not required, but are encouraged because that will guarantee you a table in the busy summer season.
